Zenith Review – A planetary tug-of-war for two

Zenith is a tableau-building game with multi-use cards, tracks to climb, and five fronts to compete on, a la Lost Cities. If that sentence doesn't get your heart racing, you must be dead inside.

I was sucked in by the mixture of Brutalist architecture and Bauhaus design choices in the game’s artwork and presentation, and although the saying is true that you can’t polish a turd, fortunately, Politik’s gilding goes further than skin deep.

The struggle between nature and progress is delivered beautifully in the best two-player board game I've played in a long time.
